• Check heat exchanger for cracks, corrosion, and soot which decreases heating efficiency and could also be a safety issue.

What is included in an Air Conditioner Clean & Check ? (Spring Season)

When you schedule an appointment, a certified technician will come out to your house and check these things:

• Check and replace blocked filters
• Clean the outside condenser unit to remove debris that may impede flow of air
• Clean the inside evaporator coil to remove dirt, dust, and other debris
• Check the refrigerant pressure and inspect system for leaks
• Clean condensate drain and make sure orifice is not blocked
• Turn the humidifier off and verify that the air cleaner is working properly
• Make certain that your air conditioning system s performing at maximum efficiency

Federal Tax Credits for Energy-Efficient Home Improvements

The economic stimulus package passed in February 2009 extended and enhanced
